Eliminating bad light and enhancing a beautiful sunset in Venezia, Italy:

This new “Out of the Shadows Workflow” is a result of months and countless of hours work. Create crisp and ultra sharp HDR images without needing multiple images at different exposures. These HDR Lightroom Presets have been designed specifically for architecture, street and landscape photography. Each Preset has a very subtle and unique effect which allows them to be “stacked” on top of each other. Traditional presets are designed to do all the work for you, but very often these presets will not be tailored your image. The result is usually bad and you end up with an unnatural effect on your image.

In the “Out of the Shadows”  Workflow you will stack multiple presets on top of each other. The amount of presets you will use depends heavily on what kind of image you are using and what look you are trying to create. We call this technique”Stacking Presets” and it is used throughout all our new workflows. There are 64 stackable presets to choose from in this bundle.

When you are done choosing your presets, it is usually time to get your hands dirty! By this we mean applying Lightroom Brushes to your image. These allow you to work with individual areas of the image and really make it pop! add color, brighten shadows, reduce highlights, add water definition and much much more…  There are 30 Brushes to choose from and the options are vast!

Out of The Shadows HDR Workflow

Nothing ruins a good photograph like it looks like it was done by an amateur. This is often due to the colors looking faded and some of the finer aspects of the photograph not looking as sharp and crisp as they ought to. The Out of The Shadows HDR Workflow has come to your rescue. This collection of professional HDR lightroom presets and brushes will help you create images that are crispier and ultra sharp in order to help improve their quality while letting the finer details of the photographs stand out.

What is possible with the Out of The Shadows HDR Workflow?

Short answer, a lot. Improve colors and contrasts and improve the pesky shadows that you may be having a problem capturing just the right way using the camera you have. The Out of The Shadows HDR Workflow will also help improve the quality of your images. This is by helping clear the noise that comes with shooting using the wrong resolution as well as helping adjust brightness and contrast.

Also included in the Out of The Shadows is Lightroom HDR presets for color correction. You can adjust colors, saturate or unsaturate them, until you have an image that looks just the right way.

What types of photographs can the Out of The Shadows HDR Workflow be used on?

The Out of The Shadows HDR Workflow was made specifically for landscape, architectural and street photography. If you have been looking for landscape presets and your search has not yielded anything thus far, your search ends here. These HDR presets will bring out the best in your images and photographs and allow them to stand out. In addition to that, the street photography presets included in this bundle will let the finer details of your images shine through for clearer and higher quality images.

The Out of The Shadows Workflow is quite impressive because you can also use it to edit sunlight photographs. Just be sure to not overdo it since sunlight is one of the most delicate aspects of photography.

These HDR Lightroom presets are stackable

Usually, you want to apply two different effects to a landscape shot. For example, you may want to apply a black and white preset then apply a preset that reduces or increases the contrast of the photograph. If you have worked with Adobe HDR Lightroom Presets, you may have found out that some of the Adobe presets do cancel each other out. All the presets included in the Out of The Shadows Workflow are stackable. What this means is that you can use two or more HDR presets on one image without their effects canceling each other out. These stackable presets will come in handy when one preset will not be enough.

After you are done working on the images using one, two or more presets, it is time to get to the nitty gritty. This is done using the Lightroom brushes that are included in this bundle. Adobe Lightroom Adjustment brushes allow you to edit specific parts of an image. Let’s say that there is a certain part of an image that looks overdone or out of the place, you can use an adjustment brush to correct that. You can also use a Lightroom Adjustment brush to add color, adjust contrast and so much more. With the Out of The Shadows Workflow, the possibilities are truly endless!

Amazing things can be done with these presets. It changed some lighting problems in my landscapes into near works of art because of these presets. I recommend them to anyone.

This was my first venture into presets and, as the Sleeklens firm and the HDR presets had been recommended by Andrew Gibson, I was expecting good results. To say that I was impressed is an understatement! The purchasing process was easy, possibly too inviting as I spent quite some time browsing other sets. There was a pop-up help box which made communicating with Sleeklens very easy and resulted in an pleasing discount offer. After purchase downloading was easy and unzipping revealed not only the presets and brushes but clear installation instructions and a document showing how the presets would affect your images including images supplied to practise on – this was called a ‘recipe’ file. Using the presets, I was hooked! The results were surprising and welcome, especially in the detail that some of them revealed in my images. I’m looking forward to choosing favourites from the set and creating my own variations on Sleeklens’s themes. A new facet to processing in Lightroom & Photoshop has been opened to me and I am looking forward to re-visiting some of my images that had disappointed in the past. I had been undecided about going down the HDR route, especially when some results can be quite garish & unreal. Now I have an alternative &, if I ever exhaust the possibilities of this pack, I look forward to seeing what else Sleeklens have to offer or will develop.

I purchased this product and it blew me away. So much so, that only hours later I couldn’t resist but purchase another product for Lightroom. These products are amazing, easy to use and totally enhance my photography. I would recommend these products to anyone!

There is a remarkable number of presets and the stackability is quite a nice feature. Unfortunately I find most of the HDR presets take my images to a non-photographic place. I have not been a big fan of HDR because of it’s “cartoon-like” quality, I was hoping that these presets would show me the advantages of HDR. Only the “Very Subtle HDR” preset does this for me at times. I have been a freelance Commercial Photographer for over 40 years, perhaps I can’t truly appreciate these presets. You know, the “old school, new tricks” syndrome. I’ll keep working with this plug-in and perhaps my results will improve.

I am really enjoying these presets. I’ve been going back and reediting landscape and nature photos from the past and finding many ways to make improvements using this set. Easy to use, fun, and effective!
